Dry Fruits Milkshake
Dry fruits and nuts are rich in iron. Prepare this milk shake for your kids and see them gulp it up.
Cashew Nut - 5
Almonds - 5
Walnuts - 1tbsp.
Dates - 10
Honey- 1 tbsp.

YIELD – 2 cups
Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cupsCashew Nut - 5
Almonds - 5
Walnuts - 1tbsp.
Dates - 10
Honey- 1 tbsp.
Method:
- Soak almonds in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and peel of the skin.
- Boil milk. Put off the stove.
- Add cashews, almonds, Dates, walnuts and let it soak in the milk.
- Once it cools down blend it in a blender with honey.
- Refrigerate it and serve cold.
NOTE:
You can also add raisins to it.
You can also use sugar instead of honey.
