Mushroom Baby Corn Briyani
The yummy combination of mushroom and baby corn is cooked with basmathi rice and spices to make a Tasty briyani. Make this briyani and serve with raitha of your choice.
Mushroom - 100 grams
Baby Corn - 100 grams
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp.
Curd - 1 tbsp.
Green chilli - 2 (Slit it)
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Ghee - 2 tbsp.
Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp.
Salt - as required
Water - 1/2 cup for the veggies and 1 and a 1/2 cup for the rice.
Whole Garam masala:
Cinnamon - 1" stick
Cloves - 2
Cardamom- 2
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Star Anise - 2 petals

Ingredients:
Basmathi Rice - 1 cupMushroom - 100 grams
Baby Corn - 100 grams
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp.
Curd - 1 tbsp.
Green chilli - 2 (Slit it)
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Ghee - 2 tbsp.
Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp.
Salt - as required
Water - 1/2 cup for the veggies and 1 and a 1/2 cup for the rice.

Method:
- Soak Basmathi rice for half an hour and drain it.
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and ghee.
- Add whole garam masal and fry them.
- Add onions, green chillies and Ginger garlic paste and saute well until raw smell disappears.
- Add cut mushrooms and babycorns. Add curd, garam masala and salt for the veggies.
- Saute well untill babycorn and mushrooms are cooked well.
- Add water and salt. let it boil. Add rice and close the pan. Cook until the rice is cooked well.
- Serve hot with raita of your choice.
