Mushroom Paneer Kebab

The combination of capsicum, paneer and mushroom with onions and tomatoes give a perfect taste. This Mushroom Paneer Kebab is one of its kind.

Mushroom Paneer Kebab



Paneer - 100 grams
Onion - 1
Capsicum -1/2
Mushroom - 100 grams
Cherry tomatoes - 5
Green chilli -1
Ginger - 1/2"
Garlic - 2 cloves
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp.
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp.
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
Honey - 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala -1/4 tsp.
Salt - as per taste


  1. Clean and Chop all the veggies to 1 inch pieces.
  2. Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic together.
  3. Combine honey, cumin pwd, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and garam masala in a bowl. 
  4. Marinate all the veggies in this marinade for an hour
  5. Skewer the marinated pieces over a grill in the stove or in closed pan.
  6. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.


  • Alternatively you can also skewer in an oven.
