Pizza Dosa
Pizza dosa is a variation of plain dosa. Kids as they are picky eaters will not take vegetables. In this pizza dosa u can add the vegetables as you like and give it to the kids in a presentable form. Kids will love it.
Capsicum - 1/2 (Julienned)
Onion - 1/2 (Julienned)
Cheese Grated - as required
Tomato sauce - as required
Paneer cubes - 100 grams
Salt as per taste.
Oil - 2 tbsp.

YIELD – 3 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
Dosa Batter - 3 cupsCapsicum - 1/2 (Julienned)
Onion - 1/2 (Julienned)
Cheese Grated - as required
Tomato sauce - as required
Paneer cubes - 100 grams
Salt as per taste.
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Method:
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Onions and Capsicum and saute.
- Add Paneer and saute. Add salt as required. The vegetables should not be over cooked. The crunchiness should be retained.
- Heat a flat griddle. Put the stove on medium heat.
- Pour 1/2 cup of batter and make a little thick pancake. Add little oil to the edges of the dosa.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce.
- Spread a layer of grated cheese.
- Spread a layer of the sauted vegetables.
- If you wish add a topping of cheese again.
- Close the griddle with a lid and cook until it is baked well.
- Serve hot.
NOTE:
You can use the vegetables of your choice like mushrooms, carrots, beans.
You can also use the vegetables without cooking initially.

Thanks for the great idea. Tried this for my daughter's dinner today..added some raisins to make a happy face dosa....my daughter was so HAPPY. Thanks again for the yummylicious idea :))
