Tangy Beetroot Soup
This Red Tangy Beetroot Soup will help your red blood to purify. Either serve it as a hot soup or serve it as chilled drink.
Carrot- 1 roughly chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste
Sugar as per taste
Lime juice as per taste
Olive oil few drops (Optional)

Tangy Beetroot Soup |
YIELD –3 servings
Ingredients:
Beetroot - 1/2 small roughly choppedCarrot- 1 roughly chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste
Sugar as per taste
Lime juice as per taste
Olive oil few drops (Optional)
Method:
- Boil beetroot, carrot and tomato.
- Once cooked blend it well with blender until smooth paste.
- Heat the oil in saucepan and add above prepared paste into it.
- Add salt, pepper and sugar. Add water as required.
- Cook for few minutes until few boils.
- Garnish with Coriander and serve hot.
