I always love to make dinner faster and quicker so that I can spend some leisure time with my family. My daughter and me loves dosa a lot. Never mind of any variety of it, but this instant version of dosa is really a super hit with all my family members. Every time I make this dosa comes out well with crispy and tasty, for this I should thank my Ammama(grandma) because she only taught me this dosa recipe.Try this and reply us.... how it favored you...

Method:
1. In a deep bowl, add all mentioned ingredients except
oil.
2. Pour 3-4 cups of water and mix into a somewhat thin
batter.
3. Heat a flat pan on medium-high flame.
4. When the pan gets smoking hot, pour a ladle of above
wheat flour batter on pan in swirling motion starting from the rim and ending
at center without touching the ladle to pan.
5. Fill in the gaps if needed with some more batter
which spreads easily.
6. Reduce heat to medium and add a tsp of oil.
7. When dosa turns light brown on one side, turn on
other side for few more seconds. Remember for more crispiness don't turn over and cook. Dish out once it turns golden crisp.
8. Repeat the procedure for more dosas.
Note:
·
You can add
grated carrot, chopped cashews to the batter to add color and flavor (To make kids attract).
·
Cook dosa on
medium flame to avoid burning and to get dosa crispy.
