Cabbage Potato Curry
Cabbage potato curry is a regular dish prepared in almost all the Indian kitchen with different style and different variation. Here I am sharing my mom's style to cook this recipe. Try this simple recipe and taste different.
YIELD – 3 servings
Potato - 2 medium size chopped
Tomato - 1 medium chopped
Salt as per taste
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafotedia - a pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp

Cabbage Potato Curry |
Ingredients:
Cabbage - 2 cups choppedPotato - 2 medium size chopped
Tomato - 1 medium chopped
Salt as per taste
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafotedia - a pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add Mustard and Cumin seeds. When they stop fluttering add hing.
- Add washed and chopped potato with cabbage. saute for 2 mins.
- Add all spices. mix well and cook for few minutes.
- Add tomato and little water, cover the lid and cook until well cooked, stirring occasionally in between.
- Serve hot with your choice of Roti/Paratha
