Carrot Cabbage Raita
Raita
is one of the most popular side dish of every Indian family. Quick and
easy to make with yogurt and your choice of spics by adding any fruit or vegetable. Serve with Rice, Biryani or Paratha.
YIELD –3 servings
Grated Carrot and Cabbage - 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Chili powder- 1/4 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - a pinch (optional)

Ingredients:
Fresh Curd - 1 cupGrated Carrot and Cabbage - 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Chili powder- 1/4 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - a pinch (optional)
Method:
- Beat the curd and add 1/2 tbsp water in it.
- Add all other ingredients along with carrot and cabbage into that.
- Mix well and keep in refrigerator for 1 hr.
- Serve chilled.
Note:
For variation you can use different vegetables i.e. onion, cucumber, capsicum etc.You May Also Like:
