Ingredients:
Baby Potato - 20 nos. (peeled and boiled)Curd - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tsp
For Paste
Onion - 1 big roughly chopped
Tomato - 1 big roughly chopped
Cashew - 8-10 nos.
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Cardamom - 1 pod
Clove - 2-3 nos.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients of Paste and make a smooth paste. Add water if required.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add above prepared paste along with ginger garlic paste into it. saute.
- Add all the spices and saute well until oil starts to leave.
- Add potato and beaten curd into it. Cook for 8-10 mins. Add little water if required to maintain gravy consistency.
- Serve hot with your choice of Roti or Paratha
