Mango Sago Pudding
Mango Sago Pudding is perfect to beat this summer and welcome the Mango season. Its very quick and easy to make with yummy and delicious taste.
YIELD – 2 servings
Sago - 1/2 cup
Milkmaid - 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar - 2 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)

Ingredients:
Ripe Mango - 1 big size.Sago - 1/2 cup
Milkmaid - 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar - 2 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)
Method:
- Soak the sago for half hour. Wash it in running cold water and remove the starch from it.
- Cook the sago in required water for 3 minutes until they are translucent. Remove excess water and let it cool down for 15 mins.
- Peel and chop the Mango. Take out 1/4 chunks for garnishing.
- Make puree of remaining mango. Add sugar and milkmaid in it. Mix well.
- Add Sago in that mix it carefully. Keep it in refrigerator to chill down.
- While serving add mango chunks in it. Serve chilled.
