Corn Methi Paratha

YIELD –15 parathas


What Flour - 2 cups
Sweet Corn - 1 cup
Methi(Fenugreek) Leaves - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium
Garlic - 2-3 pods
Salt as per taste
Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
 Hing - a pinch


  1. Add corn, methi, onion and garlic in mixer jar and make a smooth paste. add 2-3 tbsp water if required.
  2. In a big mixing bowl add flour, corn methi paste, all spices and 1 tbsp of oil. Prepare a stiff dough by adding required water into it.
  3. Take some (Lemon size ball ) dough and roll into a thick, round paratha. 
  4. Heat a tava and cook the paratha both sides to crispy and brown. Put some oil over the paratha.
  5. Serve the Corn Methi Paratha with Raita and Pickle.
