Mint Cucumber Raita

Mint Cucumber Raita
 YIELD –1 bowl


Cucumber - 1/2 cup chopped in small cubes
Curd - 1 cup
Coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Mint Leaves-  1 tbsp finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp


  1. Beat the curd properly. Add 1 or 2 tbsp water if required.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Keep in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour for cooling.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve with your choice of rice and briyani.
Use grated cucumber and use this raita as a dip with any starter, tacos, nachos, chips or any snacks.
