YIELD – 100grams
Ingredients:
Pepper Corns- 1/2 cupCumin Seeds-1/2 cup
Coriander Seeds- 3/4 cup
Dried Red Chilli- 4
Thoor Dhal- 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves- 2 springs dried
Fenugreek Seeds- 1 tsp
Gingelly Oil- 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a fry pan, add all ingredients one after another and roast till aromatic.
- Transfer to the plate and cool the mix.
- Using spice blender or mixer prepare this mix to a smooth powder.
- Store it in a air tight container for later use. The powder lasts good for 6 months.

Note:
- Store it in the fridge for long lasting freshness.
- If you wish can add dried coriander stems, garlic pods with skin while preparing rasam powder.
