Aloo Methi

treats skin problems etc. Here's a easy recipe how to make Aloo Methi.
Methi Leaves (Fenugreek leaves) - 2 cup finely chopped
Spring onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Salt as per taste
cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 pods finely chopped
Hing- a pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chili - 1 broken in pieces
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp

Ingredients:
Boiled Potato - 4 nos. cubedMethi Leaves (Fenugreek leaves) - 2 cup finely chopped
Spring onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Salt as per taste
cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 pods finely chopped
Hing- a pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chili - 1 broken in pieces
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp

Method:
- Wash methi leaves and sprinkle 1 tbsp salt over it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan; add cumin seeds, dry chilies, garlic, hing and spring onion whites.
- Add boiled and cubed potatoes. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile wash methi leaves in running water and squeeze out all the water from it.
- Now add methi leaves, spring onion greens and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or Chapati.
