Paneer Balls

Relish your tastebuds with a cup of tea by munching this yummy and crispy lite paneer balls.
This is as simple as quick to make dish with very basic ingredients. The crumbled paneer is blended with potato,  bread crumbs. It is then seasoned with spice powder and deep fried. Have it with spicy tomato chilli sauce.
Paneer Balls

YIELD – 12-15 balls


Paneer-1 cup(crumble)
Potato-2 large
Onion-1 large chopped
Red Chilli powder-1/2 tsp or green chilli paste-1 tsp
Chat Masala-1/2 tsp
Bread Crumbs-1 small cup
Salt To Taste
Oil for deep frying
Paneer Balls


  1. Boil, peel and mash potato.
  2. Ina large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Prepare firm dough and divide into equal balls 
  4. Heat sufficient oil for deep frying place the balls and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Fry on slow medium flame and avoid over cooking.
  6. Repeat for remaining balls in batches and dish out.
  7. Serve with Hot and spicy tomato chilli sauce along with Masala Tea as a evening snacks.


Adjust/add bread crumbs according to binding consistency of dough.
If you want to prepare a large amount make balls and refrigerate, fry before serving. Enjoy your parties or get together with cripsy melting paneer balls.
