Muttai Kosu Sodhi / Cabbage In Coconut Gravy
Cabbage is cooked in homemade fresh coconut paste with spice to make delicious gravy.
This recipe muttai kosu sodhi is very simple and tasty dish. I adapted and followed from a Tv show in food program. It came out well and I found the taste very close to kurma but with a twist of new flavor. The host of the show said that she followed this dish from her grandma cooking which is again a popular hit in their family.
A perfect dish for a large family that can be served steamed rice for lunch. I tried exactly the same procedure without any modification from original recipe. This will be a good side dish for Appam, Iddiyyappam, Dosa, Pulao, Rice...A very tasty and flavorful gravy.
