Dry Fruits Milkshake

Dry fruits and nuts are rich in iron. Prepare this milk shake for your kids and see them gulp it up.

Dry Fruits Milkshake

YIELD – 2 cups


Milk - 2 cups
Cashew Nut - 5
Almonds - 5
Walnuts - 1tbsp.
Dates - 10
Honey- 1 tbsp.


  1. Soak almonds in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and peel of the skin.
  2. Boil milk. Put off the stove.
  3. Add cashews, almonds, Dates, walnuts and let it soak in the milk.
  4. Once it cools down blend it in a blender with honey.
  5. Refrigerate it and serve cold.


  • You can also add raisins to it.

  • You can also use sugar instead of honey.
