Easy Mooli Paratha

Instant and Easy Mooli Paratha can be served with any curry either in lunch or Dinner. Learn this recipe by following easy steps.
Easy Mooli Paratha

Wheat flour - 2 cups
Mooli (Radish) – ½ cup grated
Salt To Taste
Boiled Potato – 1 mashed
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Corainder powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 2 chopped finely
Corainder leaves - 2 tbsp chopped finely
Black Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

1.      Peel and grate the radish. Squeeze and drain all the water.
2.      Sieve the wheat flour and add all other ingredients in it with 1 tbsp of oil and knead to stiff dough. (don’t add water as radish will leave its water as you knead it more)
3.      Take some dough and roll into a thick, round parantha.
4.      Heat a tava and fry the mooli ka paratha both sides to crispy and brown. Put some oil over the paratha.
5.      Serve the mooli paratha hot with curd, pickle and Dal Makhni.
