Pancakes are western kind of breakfast dish. This is normally served with hash browns and poached eggs. Make this pancake in a jiffy.


YIELD: 6 pancakes
Dry Biscuit mix – 1 ½ cup
Egg – 1
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Lemon lice soda (Sprite or 7-up) – 2/3 cup

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Beat it with a blender for 3 minutes.
  3. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a flat griddle. Take ¼ cup of the batter and spread it on the hot greased griddle to make a small circle.
  5. Cook on both sides.
  6. Serve hot topped up with maple syrup, hash browns and eggs to make a perfect breakfast. (You can find the recipe for hash brown here)
