Tomato Boondi Raita

Raita is one of the most popular side dish of every Indian family. Quick and easy to make with yogurt by adding any fruit or vegetable.  This is one of the most common variation of simple boondi raita.
Tomato Boondi Riata

YIELD –2 servings


Curd - 1/2 cup
Boondi - 3 tbsp
Tomato - 1 small finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Chili Powder as per taste
Chat Masala as per taste
Coriander for garnishing


  1. Mix 1 tsp curd with 1 cup of water and soak boondi in that for 5 mins.
  2. Beat the remaining curd and add all ingredients along with boondi.
  3. Mix well carefully, boondi should remain unbroken.
  4. Cool it in refrigerator for 10 mins. and garnish with coriander.
